The
Director, UX Design
will lead a complete transformation of our user experience and platform design. This leader will own UX strategy, design execution, and the development and maintenance of a scalable design system that enhances usability, accessibility, and aesthetics across our platform.
Reporting to the VP – Product, this individual will drive a user-first design culture, ensuring that our products are simple, intuitive, visually compelling, and highly effective for our customers. They will lead UX for agentic AI experiences - LLM-powered assistants, autonomous workflows, and in-product recommendations - so AI is explainable, trusted, and actionable. This leader will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to implement best-in-class UX principles, standardize UI components, and elevate the overall user experience.
